baju dah ketat. jeans dah ketat. eeeeeeeeee buruk buruk BURUK !!!!!!!!
mmg kene azam kuat gile sekarang. kene diet habis-habisan. tadi i dah sit-up 50 kali. CLAP CLAP CLAP. u see, bkn sng nak tgk i exercise. so this is a BIG BIG achievement for me,,mind u.
seriously, i xnak gemok. please please pretty PLEASE i tak nak jadi gemok! nnt susah nak shoping baju, seluar etc etc.
so diharapkan my usaha gigih nak berdiet n berexercise tercapai. at least bagila i jadi ramping, slim, kurus (but not papan okayy) mase raye nnt.
OMG OMG sgt risaulah. mcmn kalau badan i tak kurus2 jgk even selaut peluh i dah tumpahkan? (cewahh) waaaaa nightmare nightmare nightmare!!!
now, setiap 5 minit mesti i pegang my thigh pastu rase mcm nak buat liposuction. huuuuuu. =(
okayy okayy! mesti bersenam! yeay! semangat! semangat! semangat! =))))
